In order to have an account on this site, you must provide a username (which does not need to be your real name) and an email. That's it for the required things. You may, if you choose, add to your profile the following:

  • your location
  • anything you choose to divulge in an "About Me" section
  • anything you choose to divulge in a "Gaming Interests" section
  • links to pictures

But, to be honest, you could put anything in those fields. We don't verify what you say.

Van Levy does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. We do not specifically collect any information about the age of our users, but there is nothing to prevent a user from divulging that information on our site.

Selling or giving away emails

We don't. We don't sell 'em; we don't give 'em away.

Emails from us

When you sign up, we ask you for an email address so that we can contact you if there is an issue with your account. The only reasons we would email you are if you request a password reset, there is some other account issue, or you contact us. That's it. There's no monthly anything. There's no weekly anything. There's no periodical anything. The rate of spam are too dang high.

Online Privacy Policy Only

This privacy policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in Van Levy. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.
